* online purchase
This web site was made souly for the presentation of Leonardo da Vinci's chess set. and does not support purhcase process The set and extra boards can be purchase directly on our (manufacturers) main web site www.noj.si OR by online purchase category on this web site.
Making purchase on www.leonardochess.com - by clicking on Add to cart you will be redirected to www.noj.si, where set will automaticly be insterted into a online web cart. After this you can simply finish the purchase or add to a cart also a chessboard, created customly for Leonardo da Vinci chess set.
* stock
We attempt to have products always on stock. If we are out of stock, we will inform you regarding the time of delivery and WILL NOT charge your credit card until your set is prepared. If for some reason you don't agree with new delivery date, we will delete all data regarding your credit card.
* price list
Prices do not include VAT ( for EU buyers VAT is 22 %).
Prices for chessboards and extra box are validated when purchased with chess pieces - otherwise price for board or box is raised for 20 %.
Some countries add an import duty or tax on goods purchased abroad. We do not attempt to track these extra charges, which you may owe to your respective government.
* payment options
Products can be paid with credit cards ( Mastercard or Visa) and with a pro-forma invoice.
* delivery
Delivery costs are paid by customer together with payment of products. We prefer to dispatch the sets with courier companies that allow tracking of the package (Europe by GLS courier, overseas deliveries by DHL or TNTcourier). You can of course also arrange delivery by yourself.
We will NOT charge your credit card until we receive your approval regarding delivery costs. We can inform you about the delivery costs BEFORE your actual order. If we are out of stock, and you have already passed us your credit card details, we will not charge you before the set is finished.
* making payment with credit cards and pro-forma invoice / credit card security
Purchase by our online shop on www.noj.si (where Leonardo da Vinci set can be purchased) is prepared for credit card payment. After receiving your order, we will notify you about delivery costs and the approximate time of delivery.
All our transactions are processed by »UPC Telemach« which uses Transact4 technology, made by USA company »Open Market«. To ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data, the 128bit SSL security protocol by company»Verisign« is used.

- some banks software programs demand also a BIC code regarding foreign banks. It is the same as the SWIFT code, so simply write LJBASI2X under the BIC code also. But please be sure to fill the SWIFT code, since it is a main bank recogniser.
* dispatching time
Products on stock are dispatched within 3 working days. If products are out of stock, we will inform you about the new delivery date (date is normally within 30 working days).
If for some reason, we cannot fulfil your order, we reserve the right to resign from the order.
* return policy
You have 15 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to decide if you want to return an item. The shipping charges you paid are NOT refundable. The item being returned must be returned in the exact condition (e.g. unused) that it was received in, and shipping charges must be paid by you. Please use a reliable delivery company for returning (GLS, TNT, FEDEX, UPS ).
If the received product is damaged, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the problem with a quick and free replacement of the damaged piece.
* data privacy
We guarantee not to harvest, sell or otherwise process any personal information you privilege us with in the course of a purchase.
* testimonials / pictures of products
Please know that we don't take any responsibility for the testimonials written by our customers. While taking photos of products, our goal was to show and keep true look of the products. However, knowing that wood is a natural material, some grain and colour differences between the web site photos and the purchased products is possible.
